AP World History
Hello and welcome back! AP World History begins with the "Cave Men" and goes through the modern era. That's a lot to cover! We will take advantage of technology and use Youtube history videos. By the second day of class I want everyone to go to my Youtube Channel and watch the videos on Egypt and Mesopotamia. After you watch please write an essay discussing the following:
1. What are the respective dates of the two civilizations? What makes these two of the first civilizations?
2. Where are the two located? Why? How did location influence them?
3. Explain the role of religion and how the two differed. What role did that play in government?
4. What are 3 ways we are influenced by each of the two civilizations today?
Don't freak out! You will be ok! :)
